Biography
Thungana is a 23-year-old player who was born and raised in Thumkunta, Telangana. He is a
Defender who can be seen donning the Odisha Juggernauts jersey in UKK, Season 1.
He started playing Kho Kho in 2011. His favourite memory is of the time when he won the
Bronze Medal in 27th Open National Kho Kho Championship Federation Cup in 2016-17.
He has played for Telangana team. He was the best sportsperson award (Telangana) in 2018. He
was also awarded the Man of the Match in one of the matches in 53rd Senior National, 2019.
There are 4 members in his family and his parents are daily wagers. It is the only sport that he
has been playing from his school days and hence, decided to make a career out of it. He is
pursuing first year BPEd. He wants to fight for his franchise to win the UKK trophy.
He likes reading books, singing songs and playing games. Rohit Sharma is his favourite
sportsperson.
