Rohan is a 20-year-old Kho Kho player who hails from Kolhapur, Maharashtra. He will ke a key
asset for the Telugu Yoddhas setup as an All Rounder.
He has been playing the sport for the past 9 years, since he was 11. He was ecstatic to get
selected in the Khelo India Youth Games. He has been a part of the Kolhapur Kho Kho team and
had put in the hard yards to make it this far. He has a long list of achievements which consists
of 3 Ultimate Camp, Khelo India Gold Medal in 2017, School National Silver Medal in 2017, 3
Junior National Silver Medals won in 2017, 2018 and 2019. He was also awarded as the best
Attacker in the 39th Junior Kho Kho National Championship. He was a Bronze Medalist in the
Senior National in 2021.

He comes from a working class family. He fell for the sport because he feels that it’s a very
exciting game and it is very popular in Kolhapur. He is pursuing final year B.Com. He wants to
add another feather to his cap and wants to display a good performance in Ultimate Kho Kho.
He likes to swim, play cricket and football. MS Dhoni and Cristiano Ronaldo are his top ideals
among his favourite sports.
